Google would make Live Event available on Youtube

Google is all set to unveil its next generation flagship phones during an event this week. Both Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL are expected to make their debut during the event which is expected to start from 11am on October 9, 2018. The event is invite only but the whole show can be watched online through the YouTube channel.

No Surprises

Last year, the search engine giant came up with Pixel 2, Pixelbook, the Google Home Mini and Google Home Max. The company also went ahead and launched upgraded version of Daydream View VR Headset, Google Clips and Google Pixel Buds. Majority of the reports state that this year it could be the upgraded versions of the products launched last year. There have already been numerous leaks of Google Pixel 3. Not just that, some sites have gone to the extent of launching full reviews of the device.

Two Pixels

The leaks reveal that the two versions of the Pixel do not look same from the front. While the bigger Pixel 3 is more in line with the trending designs such as Notch, the smaller one looks like the shrunk version of the Pixel 2. In addition to that, Pixel 3 might come up with a new accessory dubbed as “Pixel Stand”. The stand would come in handy to keep the phone upright while charging. Camera setup does not seem to be any different than Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL as Google prefers single camera. On the smart speaker front, the company might launch one, similar to Amazon Echo. Google Home Hub, as it is called popularly would stand in direct competition to the newly launched Echo. About Pixelbook, not much has been revealed but expectations remain that Pixelbook 2 would get upgraded processor and higher RAM.
Well, there is always a chance of the company as enormous as Google surprising us with something that the company successfully hid from the prying eyes.
